This line-by-line guide is intended to provide instruction regarding the correct placement of services and expenses on the CAC claim form. Recently the projects have been asked to evaluate specific task-related time on specific lines. Look for the Appendix of tasks at the end of the guide for suggested task-related line entries and frequent errors encountered.
